We bought a Endless Swim Spa from Martyn a few Months ago - Hotspring World and in particular Martyn were great - we also went to another show room to try the spa out before we bought, no pressure selling just good advice, When I ran out if chemicals and Martyn wasnt at the shop he even dropped some around to the house. Really great service!

We were looking to replace our 15 year old Sunset hot tub that had died a death when I came across the Hotspring brand and was particularly impressed by their online reviews. We visited Hotspring World Ashford and were greeted warmly by Martyn and the team and impressed by their expert knowledge and experience. They were able to give balanced views on the various products in the Hotspring brand without being too pushy or over selling. We’ve had our Envoy NXT now for 8 month and we absolutely love it. This is our second hot tub from Hotsprings so can highly recommend them. Martyn at the Ashford showroom could sell ice to the Eskimo’s. We only went in for hanging baskets and came out with a brand new hot tub!The Envoy NXT boast lots of features, the Moto massage jet is just the best for massaging your back, so is an absolute must. All of the other seating positions are great too. The optional speakers are great, not just for music, but also for watching movies with surround sound via Bluetooth. We have the Ace system installed and we love it. The water is so soft. It has taken a bit of time to get used to maintaining the water quality as we have gone from a standard chlorine based hot tub to this. Martyn has been extremely helpful, always at the end of the phone when we needed advice - thank you!The whole experience with HotSprings has been perfect throughout, from choosing the right tub, advice, delivery and ongoing customer support.

Hot spring Envoy 2018.I couldn't rate these guys and this hot tub enough. We have now had hot tub for six weeks and its been in use most days.After a long day at work it’s so relaxing to step in the tub with a cold beer and let all the stress float away.Many thanks go out to Martyn Gent nothing is to much trouble and a call to him and things got sorted plus a thank you to the two guys that did the install Dave and Mike, what with having to take tub up the side of my next door neighbors over their fish pond and taking out a fence panel; really helpful from start to finish very informative and knowledgable from all three dudes.

Martyn has a very good knowledge of all his spas. He explains every thing in great detail to you. He will even talk you through everything over the phone if you get stuck. Which he will be doing for me tonight lol. Over all top service Top bloke could not ask for a better service 10/10 ??????

We brought our new 6 man hot tub back in March 2015, Best thing we did!! We used to have an above ground pool which was not always warm. Our hot tub is always on, hot and ready to use all year round. It is great in the sun, star watching at night, snow flakes in the winter with lots of steam, good fun for all including kids and non swimmers. Had a bad day!? Jump in the hot tub relax and rewind with a floating bar makes any day better, it also eases aches and pains! This is the best luxury toy we have brought. 3 years trouble free so far with excellent back up and accessories from Martyn & crew @ hot spring world long acres garden centre Ashford. We happened to be looking around Hot Springs in Ashford, not really sure what if anything we wanted! Then we met Martyn and Paul. Two great guys that have a product to sell that is not only superb but they have total faith in and obviously love what they do. We ended up buying a Sovereign, this was installed just over a week ago and we are so happy with everything. In it every night, can’t imagine not having one ever again. With Hot springs in Ashford you get top advice, support and 2 guys with great knowledge with a passion for customer happiness and service. I will always recommend them as the best in the business!Thanks you both for changing our lives! Our hottub has helped us sleep better, relax more and is now saving me visits to my back specialist as it feels so much better! Making life better every day! I believe it now!

I have no reservation in recommending HotSpring World, Ashford. I bought a used 3 person hot tub from them in 2015 and the service I received from both sales and installation teams was excellent. We loved it so much that within a year we upgraded to a new 5 person model and again the service was friendly, helpful and efficient, and we have had trouble free enjoyment from our Aria hot tub since. Amazing quality product, great advice from Paul and Martyn in the showroom, both before and after purchase and fantastic installation team. What more could you want!

Had our Hottub for a couple of months now, and I have to say that I would never have thought that I would get as much pleasure from it as I do!As a purchase experience Martyn made this a real pleasure. Nice to meet a salesman that has the knowledge and experience but also seems genuinely enthusiastic about the product and the effect that ownership will have on your wellbeing. We have maintained regular contact with Martyn since making our purchase and he has always been very helpful. Anyone thinking of getting a hottub, I can only advise you to take the plunge and do it, they are worth every penny!

We bought our Hot tub a couple of years ago from Martyn @ Longacres Bybrook barn.We wholeheartedly feel the service we have had to date from Martyn to be outstanding.We've received advice and problem solving on tap (excuse the pun!) his knowledge is extensive and professional, Nothing is too much hassle. Our calls are answered promptly giving us peace of mind (most recently with our water quality issues) again Martyn is quick and efficient to problem solve and make things right. From buying more chemicals to maintainance issues he is always there for help and advice. If your considering buying a Hot tub I would highly recommend buying from Martyn and his team.

What can I say, from start to finish both Martyn and Paul gave us outstanding service and advice. Nothing was too much trouble from the silly questions to the more technical water treatment. We were never made to feel daft. Martyn even helped us on his day off! I had said jokingly it's my birthday next week can I have it then and sure enough it was. Massive thank you to you both. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a hot tub.

If you are thinking of buying a hot tub, do visit this place, now under direct ownership of Hot Springs, great quality hot tubs. Martyn, showroom manager, is very pleasant and knowledgeable, he'll do a good deal for you! Ensure you take your own cosie and jump into one of the hot tubs as important to feel the experience (you test a bed by lying on it, so too you need to get into a hot tub full of water), and there's a private changing area with towels etc. Enjoy, you won't be disappointed!
