Maxine who always seems to be there is a joy. Nothing is too much trouble and she’s very knowledgeable about the Hot Springs product and hot tubs in general. I’d looked around previously, but nobody else offered to let me try the hot tub in advance (I tried three!) I’m very pleased I went with a Hot Springs product; not the cheapest, but the world leader. There are so many horror stories on line about defective products and non-existent after sales service. Everyone I’ve met from Hot Springs (not least Maxine) instils confidence and, these days, it’s nice to find a company that does what it says it will, when it says it will and for the price it said it would. I would unreservedly recommend a visit to their premises at Notcutt’s Garden Centre in Norwich. Even if you don’t buy from them, you’ll get an education and a benchmark to judge competitors by. Nice people, great product.

Hotsprings World Cobham, we’re absolutely brilliant. Both Sarah and Ken answered all the questions we had and made our decision making process so much easier. The kids had a try in the pool prior to purchase. The install team were very professional, very careful. We are very happy with our Spa Pool from Hotsprings world Surrey and would highly recommend.

From the very first time we “just popped in for a look” Sarah and Ken have been amazing. As first time hot tub owners we didn’t know where to start and they made the process of choosing, purchasing and maintaining our spa so easy. We LOVE our jetsetter hot tub it has been the best purchase. Even when we had questions about maintenance Sarah was so helpful and even printed us off our own laminate of guidelines! I always feel I can ask for help or advice post purchase, the after care is great. I would recommend hot spring for the customer service alone but the hot tubs are pretty good too!

This is my second purchase of a hot tub from Ken and Sarah from HotSpring World. The whole experience of having a hot tub from HotSpring World -  from researching, choosing, buying, having delivered, and set in operation - was outstanding. The price of the hot tub was competitive, and combined with the renowned high quality of the product makes this hot tub " a-must- have" addition to every garden. Ken and Sarah made every effort to ensure I had made the right choice. The delivery time was on the dot with enough people and equipment, including lifting devices to make delivery and instalation safe and fast.

Superb customer service from Mark, very knowledgeable of the product and not at all pushy. From advice on the benefits of each model, the wet test, delivery, installation and follow up a couple of weeks later, Mark was there for every stage of the process.
