Swimming Pool or Hot Tub? After dealing with HotSpring World of Sevenoaks there's no contest. Great range to see and experience too before purchase. Plenty of advice on which was best for our way of life. Got a good deal and a great recommendation for an electrician to connect the hot tub. Installation team were efficient and freindly (if perhaps a little messy) and left us with a working hot tub that we have been in almost every day since installation. Music , lights , bubble action. Really chuffed with our purchase.

Daniel was helpful and informative when we were choosing a hot tub which was going to help my daughter with ongoing back problems but also for us as a family. He couldn't of been more helpful with sorting out our different options, dimensions, finance and deliveries etc. We love the hot tub now it's in place but we had some problems getting the chemical balances right...Daniel kindly spoke me through what I was doing wrong (a lot in the first week or so) but now we're pro's it and enjoying the tub to it's full potential. If you're looking to invest in a hot tub or spa I honestly could not reccomend taking a visit to the Hotspring World at Cooling garden centre!!

After making the decision to purchase a hot tub, I did some research and visited numerous showrooms, including having several wet tests. I finally decided to buy a Sovereign from HotSpring World in Sevenoaks; this was based on the quality of the product and the extensive information provided by Daniel. The finance options available were fantastic and I was able to get a great discount in the sales. There was a slight hitch with regards to delivery, but the delivery team were superb and went beyond the call of duty once the tub was finally installed. Feeling a little nervous about using the chemicals for the first time, I called Daniel and he very helpfully talked me through the process. It is still early days; we only got the hot tub three weeks ago, but we have already had a lot of fun in it.

I was in the market for a hot tub and decided to come in and check out what Hot Spring World has to offer. I worked with Daniel and he was very kind and informative. Not a pushy salesman at all and made the shopping experience very pleasant and easy. After gathering all the information I needed, I decided to go ahead and purchase a Vanguard from Daniel. very helpful, no pressure sales, highly recommend Hot spring Hot tubs and in particular this company. After owning a several hot tubs, that didn't last very long, we decided to visit one of the Hot Spring shops. I now would not own any other brand of hot tub.

Very happy with the service we received from Daniel in the showroom and the team who installed the hot tub. And then of course there is the hot tub, a very good product we looked around at other makes which were slightly cheaper but we are so happy we went with this brand, the quality speaks for itself.

Our Sovereign hot tub was installed two weeks ago following about three months of looking at various options before buying. Hotspring World Ashford was our first port of call following a wedding in the area and, after our extensive research, we ended up back at Hotspring World Sevenoaks, as it is closer to home, where we made our purchase. It's still early days but our hot tub is absolutely amazing and has certainly surpassed my expectation. I'm having much better nights' sleep and love it. Everything, from purchasing from Daniel, to installation, went very smoothly and I would highly recommend Hotspring World.

This is our first hot tub and early days (installed couple of weeks ago) - so far we are delighted and all the family really enjoying. Checked around quite a bit before making the purchase and strongly recommend anyone thinking of buying to have a "wet test" which was the clincher for us to buy a Grandee. No sales pressure from Daniel at HotSpring World Sevenoaks and we have been very pleased with purchase process and overall service. Slight glitch on delivery as they did not check sufficiently concerning access but redelivery quickly arranged and no problems second time. After sales support very good sofar. Overall excellent and would not hesitate to recommend.
