Upgraded our 15 year old hot tub to a Hot Spot SX with Penny's help, good choice! The installation team - Wes and Ryan arrived early and had installed the new tub and had left by 11.30. Very nice young men. We were able to use the tub by 4.30 that afternoon as it had reached 32°, just right for such a hot afternoon! Splendid result all round, highly recommended.

I bought my Vanguard hot tub from HotSpring World at Wheatcroft Garden Centre in Nottingham at the end of April 2018. It was a very pleasant experience, being able to actually try out the hot tubs there was great. It was my first ever purchase of a hot tub. I thought it might be a bit intimidating, and maybe even a little embarrassing, but it wasn't at all. It is all done very professionally, with a private place to change and towels provided. You just need to bring your cozzie! Craig, the sales person was not at all pushy, just helpful and informative.My hot tub was delivered and installed less than 3 weeks later by Hot Tub Assist who were very efficient and accommodating. I had had all the electrics installed by then as per their specifications, and knew exactly where I wanted the hot tub to be, however when it was being placed I had a rethink and wanted it opening in another direction - no problem. Tried it that way, then the other until I was sure; only then was it lowered and secured into place. They also give you initial instructions in water care etc. Hot Tub Assist also offer a variety of very affordable care packages which I will look at and consider once the warranty period has expired. Hot tubs are not maintenance free, and in the first few weeks, because of my inexperience, I had an issue with water quality; however Penny (at Wheatcroft) who has many years experience in the hot tub industry, was at hand on the end of the phone to offer exellent advise and it was soon sorted. It is a learning curve for me, but it is really easy now thanks to Penny's advise, and I know that she is there to ask if I have any other issues. Myself and my family are really enjoying our hot tub experience. It is great fun, and I have really felt the benefits. The Vanguard is amazing! Thank you Hot Spring World ... quality product at a good price, outstanding after sales service.

I've just taken delivery of a Limelight pulse and we're very pleased. My 6 year old daughter hadn't been out of it. Love the variety of jets and lights and gorgeous water fountain. There are a few design flaws that I'd change but for what it is it's perfect. Thanks to Penny for her help

Bought our Flair hot tub in July and haven't looked back since, it is so relaxing to sit and chill out in it after being at work whatever the weather. Thanks to the staff, Penny and Daniel at Notcuts/Wheatcrofts Garden Centre they were most helpful and knowing we can go back to them for advice when needed is great, our family love it as well.
