Great addition to our garden. We have been very impressed with our HotSpring Aria Highline hot tub. After a lot of research, we chose HotSpring and we have not been disappointed. The team at Notcutts in Norwich have been excellent and very supportive. the installation team were also very professional. Getting to grips with the chemicals has been interesting, but we're on top of it now. We're using the tub most days and the music system is amazing. Listening to Fleetwood Mac on a calm, hot evening whilst soaking and enjoying the massaging jets is very, very relaxing.

My husband visited Hotspring World norwich and met Maxine first on his own.May bank holiday weekend, we had a look at various other places, then came back to hot spring world norwich together.After meeting Maxine myself, I am now the proud owner of a hottub that was delivered and installed by two polite and helpful lads on the 15th July .It has been one of the best decisions we have made. Maxine made the whole experience a delight, and have been extremely pleased from start to finish.We popped into the store to stock up on supplies for the hottub, and was served by John, who was a great help.Only problem is....I don't want to get out of it!!!Highly recommend Maxine and the team. Well, we went to the city to buy a sun lounger for the back garden. We met Maxine from hot springs at notcutts just having a look at how much they are. We had a full demonstration without any sales pitch. Her knowledge is outstanding and she even offered us a full wet test if we came back with our swim gear. We found one that we liked but still we went away contemplating what a hot tub would be like. An hour later she's managed to grab our business. Such a wonderful lady. If your thinking about one or even just going out for something completely different Maxine at hotspring world is the lady to see. Not forgetting you John also. Thanks for all the info.

In January we planned to have our garden landscaped and within the planning process we explored the possibility of getting a Hot Tub, and went along to visit Hot Spring World, in Norwich. From the moment we walked in to the showroom, we were made to feel very welcome and valued and felt that the whole experience was extreemly pleasurable from start to finish, John and Sonia were outstanding and charming, there was no hard sell and we were given ample time to think things over and ask as many questions as possible. We returned several times before we made our decision and even then we still had different options to choose from..Last week we took delivery of out Hot Tub, The 6 person Relay and our 9 year old daughter has hardly been out of it since. it is wonderful, it is set at 38.0c and has lovely jets and LED lighting, we could not be happier.As well as this, the chaps who delivered the Hot tub and their support staff at Hot Tub Assist were equally outstanding.Thank you all.

We bought a Grandee Hot tub from Sonia last year. Even though we had spoken to several other hot tub retailers we decided that we needed to purchase from someone we trusted ,who would be there to help we needed it. Also it felt as though the world of hot tubs was a mine field. We made the right decision ...Sonia has been amazing ! Many times I have called her with operating problems ( always operator error I must clarify!!) and she has always been there to support us ,explaining step by step what we need to do to resolve the issue. I am so pleased we made the decision to buy from Sonia and Hot Spring World . Not only do I think she advised us well on exactly the right hot tub for us but importantly we always feel we are in safe hands. Thank you Sonia for always being there when we need you!!!?

I can highly recommend Hotspring World at Notcutts. We originally went in there over a year ago when thinking about getting a hot tub and they were very helpful with no pressure to buy a tub (you know how these types of places can be for putting on pressure!). Anyway, we eventually decided to get a tub recently and Sonia was more than happy to let us 'wet test' a tub before buying. Both Sonia and John were very helpful and knowledgeable and I liked their relaxed, kind attitude. The Hot tub we bought was very competitively priced (I checked on-line) and we are delighted with it, and the aftersales service. The Hot tub was delivered on time and the guys delivering it were very professional and helpful and installed tub with minimal fuss and left it ready to go (but we had to wait for it to get up to temperature). So all in all, the purchase of our hot tub was a very enjoyable experience and I can highly recommend Sonia at Hotspring World 🙂

I have been dealing with Sonia and John at the Nottcuts site (Norwich) since buying a tub in 2011. They are always friendly, helpful and offer good advice on the products they sell. There is never any pressure and both have delivered a first class service, that sees me returning as required for advice, chemicals and filters. The tub is In weekly use and is as good today as it was when first purchased.

We have just had a Sovereign hot tub installed, our first. We had a few queries on the maintenance aspect and the aftersales care at HotSpring World in Norwich was really helpful. They answered all our beginners questions and would definitely recommend them. Delivery and instalment of our hot tub was also very efficient.

From when we decided to purchase a hot tub we visited many suppliers and done a lot of homework, when we visited the Norwich showroom the level of advice and helpfulness with our sometimes daft questions was outstanding. After many visits we purchased our tub and the level of service from ordering to installation continued to excell. I can recommend anybody interested in buying a hot tub ( and you should) to visit the showroom and see the staff for a great service.

We have our Relay Hot Spring hot tub installed late last year. We visited the Norwich NotCutts Garden Centre where they have a Hotsprings centre and the staff where very helpful in showing me the best suited hot tub for me and my family. We where given all the relevant information and even received a promotion deal to have the music added and steps. Once all the paperwork had gone through the delivery service was amazing and the gentlemen that installed it where very friendly and helped us explained the set up and what we needed ot do over the next couple of days. If we where ever stuck with anything to do with the hot tub or the chemicals we just called the centre up and always have a easy and quick response from the people at Notcutts. I could not recommend enough to even go and have a visit to Notcutts Garden centre in Norwich if you are thinking or considering a Hot tub for your family. The staff are welcoming and do not pressure you into making any decision and help you wiht the fiancee plans and the best product to suit your family. Kindest regardsHosier Family 🙂

After purchasing my Jetsetter NXT in December 2018 I have returned several times to ask advice as this is my first spa. Suzanne and all staff there could not be more helpful. I use the spa 3 times a week and would not be without it. It was truly marvellous to go in Christmas Day ! I reported a small fault on the spa cover to Suzanne recently and she immediately organised a free replacement from Hot Tub Assist. Great service !

The delivery & installation was very efficient especially in view of the very cold conditions that day. I experienced outstanding customer service throughout my purchase from Sonia and John, I was under no pressure whilst making my decision. The after sales support they provide is second to none, they are always there to help, answer questions and give you the best advice. I cannot thank them enough for my amazing HotSpring Spa, I use it on a daily basis and with friends and family it's a great social place. I highly recommend looking no further than HotSpring World Norwich when looking for your perfect spa, the quality and energy efficiency of the spa itself compared with cheaper brands can't even be compared, they are in a whole different league.
