Went in to HotSpring World MK to have a browse and ended up walking out with what I can only describe as the most amazing purchase I've ever had. We have got the Grande NXT and it is fantastic. Wayne was a true gent and really knows his stuff. He has guided us through every step of the way and any questions we have Wayne is always on the end of the phone, nothing is too much trouble for him and this is so important with a big purchase. I really couldn't recommend this place enough, if you're looking for AClass service look no further.

We purchased a Hotsprings highlife Vanguard NXT from Wayne at Hotsprings in Dobbies garden centre MK. We were between three manufactures and sellers all of which were friendly but decided on Hotsprings due to; the salt water system, size, energy efficiency and aesthetics and also Wayne and his team. The purchase itself was easy and straight forward, the delivery not so much as dimensions of my pergola were not passed to fitters (also brilliant) however we got round it and all happy in the end.It’s taking me some time to balance the salts, chlorine, PH and alkalinity (need a science lesson) but I’m slowly getting there with lots of advice and help from Wayne.I would highly recommend Hotsprings and the MK team, yes these Hot Tubs are at the top of the price range but if you have it, spend it you will only be kicking yourself if you don’t.

We came to Hotspring world Milton Keynes not knowing what we really wanted but after being given so much info and advice, we came away feeling confident we were in the right hands. Our hottub was delivered and we haven't looked back since. Curtis and Wayne have been so helpful and continue to be on hand for our aftercare needs and advice - highly recommend

I had a look at a few hot tubs. After meeting Wayne we paid our deposit within half an hour. We just new we were in safe hands with our purchase. The team who delivered were great, friendly and very professional. I have had issues with our water/balancing chemicals since getting hot tub installed. As expected Waynes advise was spot on and now we seem to have sorted teething problems..???

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The sales team was really helpful in helping us find the best option for our family. Wayne wasn't pushy and gave us loads of advice. The delivery planning team was also fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. We had to delay the delivery of our hot tub many times and she was always patient and very supportive.The delivery team came on time to our house, delivered very efficiently. They were both polite, funny, experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. They answered professionally all of our questions and took their time explaining everything ensuring we were clear on every step. Experienced, knowledgeable, polite and clean. What else could you want? I would recommend the brand and the showroom to everyone.

Wayne and Curtis were excellent in helping me choose the right hot tub spa for my needs. We chose the Envoy NXT with Back Massager which is really is beneficial in helping soothe aching limbs. The whole process regarding regarding electrical and base requirements were made very clear and they arranged for delivery to coincide with when everything was ready to go. They are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble and already sampled their after sales experience. Very happy with whole process.

We had a great experience with Wayne and Curtis from choosing our Hot Tub Spa in their Milton Keynes show room to sourcing one from their UK network. Delivery was prompt (within 2wks). Dave and Martin from Hot Tub Assist seamlessly installed our Hot tub on our rear terrace with no problems. We bought an Aria Model and are very happy with it. Worth noting is aftercare support and advice from Wayne and his team has been fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend you visit.

Absolutely love our new hot spot propel. it has proven to be the right choice of tub for us and is being used daily. The whole family loving the cold star filled evenings. Have found keeping the water in top condition so simple, thanks to the helpful advice from Wayne the hot springs salesman, who we found to be a very friendly and such a genuine guy. He managed to do us a deal that no one else was able to do that day at other hot tub outlets. We bought the very next day and have no regrets what so ever. If anyone out there is considering buying a hot tub then well worth paying Wayne a visit at Dobbies garden centre Milton Keynes.

Can't recommend Hot Spring World enough. So helpful when choosing, arranging delivery and then when the handle didn't arrive with the delivery, managed to supply us with a nearly new one so the hottub didn't have to be drained again to fit. Great price too and the Bluetooth music is a must!

Excellent service. Brought out hot tub about 9 months ago, had a few issues to start with but Wayne and team sorted all issues very quickly and efficiently. Anyone looking for a tub, we recommend Wayne and team!!!!!. A++++++ for services .We have now had the hot tub for nearly a year. Had a few issues but between Wayne and Hot tub assist these have been corrected very very quickly. If you are thinking of a new hot tub, make sure you check with hot springs world...... A ++++++ for service and after service.

If i was shopping for a hot tub again I would shop with hot springs. This was the fourth place we'd been too and they all tell you why there hot tub is better than anyone else's. I told them when I got there I don't like sales staff and what I got was good honest service. But better than that the after sales service especially with Hot Tub assist included has been great. It's a tough choice when spending a considerable amount of cash so you need a reliable supplier and HotSpring Milton Keynes were. Anyway wherever you get your tub from I hope you enjoy it as much as we have, good luck.
