We bought a relay hot tub from Sarah @ the Weybridge store back in January. We'd visited one of their other branches but felt the sales rep was a little bit pushy, however liked the product so tried the other branch. She was really helpful, listened to what we wanted before recommending, and even got us in the tub for a try that same day. Needless to say we were sold, and she's been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.100% recommend Sarah @ the Weybridge branch!

We visited Hotspring World Weybridge with very little knowledge on hot tubs however Ken was very informative and answered our questions. He was happy to show us all options and suggested we return to try out one of their hot tubs before making a decision. After narrowing our choices we returned and saw Sarah who gave us further advice, spending time with us demonstrating the limelight flair and giving us the space to decide with no pressure to buy. The delivery and installation went smoothly and they were extremely considerate of any disruption they caused to us/our neighbours We could not ask for better aftercare from Sarah at the showroom. She contacted straight after delivery to check all went to plan and she offered her advice and support when we were unsure of how to maintain the water quality. No problem was too small. Great service and great support. Would 100% recommend the Limelight Flair and equally buying from Sarah and Ken.

We bought the HotSpot Relay model as Christmas present for our family and have never been disappointed since then. It's spacious and can accommodate 4-5 people easily, the lights and the pumps are excellent. You do need to read the manual and maintain it, but it's worth every penny. We have been using it every weekend in combination with our sauna.Sarah Matthews and the team in Weybridge Garden Centre were very friendly and helpful throughout and I'm extremely happy with the service that I received. Highly recommend

We had been considering buying a second hand hot tub but went to HotSpring World, Weybridge and are so glad we did. The whole hassle of installation and balancing the chemicals was taken out of our hands. Sarah was brilliant and the whole process was so easy. We are mid terrace so installation was a challenge, but the team they sent, Peter and Adrian were amazing from Hot Tub Assist. We have learnt a lot about balancing the water in the first week and Sarah has been there with amazing after sales service as well. We love our hot tub - it is the first one we have owned and we are wondering why we didn't get one ages ago!?

I did a great deal of research and reading myself before even going to look at hot tubs however I need not have if I would have gone to HotSpring World Weybridge first. Sarah was exceptionally knowledgable and most importantly very very honest. I had been to see one of the local Jacuzzi retailers before attending Hotspring and challenged Sarah on a number of issues they had raised. She was exceptionally open and honest and which gave me great confidence in purchasing. I am now the proud owner of a Grande NXT and I absolutely love it. The ACE water system is a game changer and is fantastic for my sensitive skin.

From start to finish HotSpring World have been amazing (5 Star).They were very friendly yet professional at their approach to selling us a hot tub. We did a lot of research on what Hot Tub to buy and what was the best all round make, before going to see Ken and his team.There a lot of hot tubs on the market but for us we wanted to get one that would last us a long time and return us the best value for money. When you Google "Hot tubs uk", there a lot that spring to the top but beware of the flashy names and colours. Also beware of those claiming to be American hot tubs, I found a lot were cheaper Chinese imports made under licence. Where as Hot Springs are real American built hot tubs and well worth the bit extra you might pay.We’ve had ours just over five months and we love it. I was honestly sceptical when Ken said you’ll want to be in it even in the winter months but how right he was. Rain or shine, cold or warm we are in ours at least three times a week.I would also mention the great after sales care and help that Ken and his team have given us, no question is too small or big they know it all and are happy to help. Oh and their delivery guy's are briiliant, even with our restricted access they battled through the rain to get us our hot tub. On a side note the running cost are very good also, we’ve had no real significant rise in cost.David Osborn (Chessington)

Fantastic service from start to finish. Being able to try the tub out before hand in the garden centre, although initially a bit of an odd thought, I'd strongly recommend before purchasing! We are so glad that we chose to buy our hot tub through HotSpring World Weybridge. We had no knowledge of how to run a hot tub and were quite nervous of what it entailed. With the fantastic support and friendliness of Ken, and Sarah later on, our confidence grew very quickly, and we are thoroughly enjoying relaxing in our our hot tub with peace of mind that we have complete customer support. Great range & deals, outstanding aftercare! The Hot Spring World Weybridge team were so helpful in assisting us to try out, choose and order our perfect spa. We opted for the Triumph and it really is phenomenal - we use it at least once a week, if not more, and it's fantastic for entertaining. Setting and maintaining the chlorine levels is a fine art, but the Hot Spring World Weybridge team are experts and will teach you all the tricks of the trade to keep your water gleaming crystal clear. They even helped us out with a home visit, at our request, to make sure we knew exactly how to monitor and top up the chemicals. Now we're fully proficient and can't recommend Hot Spring World Weybridge enough - well worth the investment and guaranteed quality & aftercare.

From the very first visit to the showroom we have enjoyed excellent customer service from every member of the team we have met. The installation went without a hitch and advice throughout the whole process has been helpful. We've been back to the showroom to pick up additional chemicals and swapped notes and advice on getting the best out of our hot tub. It was a luxury item we did not plan on purchasing but it's been used virtually every day since installation. One of the best purchases we have made.

Ken and a Simon were very helpful when we chose our tub about 5 years ago. The installation was simple and the after service is very good. We had an issue with the lid but that was very quickly changed with no problems at all. We always buy anything we need from the showroom and also borrow their pump when we change the water. We bought our Grandee 2 years ago from Simon and Ken and we have really enjoyed relaxing in it. I have had two spinal operations and have had a fractured shoulder bone and the jet systems really help massage and relax these areas in particular. We went for the Ace salt water system too and wouldn't want anything less. There are no stinging eyes, no smell of chlorine and the water is crystal clear. There is a bit of science to a great hot tub experience and Simon and the team are always on hand to help out when we forget what to do. All in all these guys provide exemplary after sales customer support and we would recommend them to anyone. Thanks HSW Weybridge.
