Simon listened to what we wanted. There was no pressure to make a decision. He personally called to see us to make an initial assessment for delivery options. He has kept us fully informed every step of the way. Every time we went into the showroom he greeted us cheerfully and in a friendly manner. He always made us feel he had time to discuss all our questions. Very knowledgable. Since delivery he has chased up a warranty issue as I hadn't had contact from Hotspring Assist. (The delivery guys were also very good).Overall very good, can't fault him.

One of the best customer experiences we have had.From the moment we walked into the showroom, right through to completion of installation the service we received was helpful friendly and efficient.Simon was helpful in determining our needs and helped us to get a product that was right for us, even dropping round to be sure we had sufficient space in our garden.The service on the lead up to installation was through and led to everything running like clockwork on the day of installation.We’re using it every day and the after sales follow up service has been helpful in maintaining our new hot tub.Amazing service from start to finish, we couldn’t be more pleased,We looked in many showrooms while making our decision, but definitely know we made the right choice with Hotspring World, Derby.

Having had a tub for 9 years with only one small breakdown. My partner and I say it is the best money we have spent. The health benefits and pleasure is great. The staff could not be more helpful. I would advise everyone to get one. Even in cold weather you stay warm. Excellent

The customer care is second to none. Once we had purchased the best tub for us the support and help we received was fantastic. Advice on where to locate the tub and how it would be powered was spot on and the delivery team were ace. The company has looked after us for three and a half years and we have never been disappointed with any visits to the centre. We will definitely have our next tub from them too. We would unreservedly recommend them.

Buying the tub and arranging delivery was really simple thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff.Over a year later and there's still a warm welcome when we go back for supplies.The tub itself is fantastic and is being used 3 or 4 times a week even in the middle of winter. We looked around for a while before buying and the HotSpring tubs really do meet the low running costs they advertise.Highly recommended.
