ABOUT THE Nautilus Pro Exercise Pool
The Riptide Nautilus Pro Exercise Pool is in our opinion, the ultimate swimming machine.
The Nautilus Pro have been designed as the ultimate swimming machines. The Pro models feature an incredibly powerful 10hp variable speed counter current with 250mm propeller.
The Atlantis and Nautilus Pro are like no normal exercise pools - the water is clear, with no air bubbles, and the flow is so wide that you feel like you are swimming against the current of a strong river.
If you are a competitive swimmer then you will be amazed at the swim experience in either of the Pro models.
The main pump is made by Riverflow in the USA, and is often used in water parks. We couple the Riverflow pump to a variable speed drive, which allows the swimmer to increase or decrease the counter currents.
At its fastest level, the counter-current is pushing out 3500 gallons a minute, which is equal to 8 mph water speed. At its lowest setting, a small child could do a comfortable doggy paddle, and in between are 50 separate swimming speeds which you set on the visual display.
The Pro models use surprisingly little energy - all you need is a 32 amp supply. This is possible because we build the power up or down gently.
