Where can I find my Warranty?

Any HotSpring World salesperson will be more than happy to give you a copy of the manufacturer's International warranty for our Hot Tubs.

This is a complete warranty which is one A4 side and includes terms and conditions. We would recommend that customers ask for the warranty from any reputable dealer along with their terms and conditions. 

In the unlikely event that you will need it, we are confident that HotSpring World offer a warranty service second to none on our Hot Tubs. This is backed up with a countrywide network of experienced Service Technicians.

HotSpring World's sales team and Headquarters staff are available to give you advice and help you with any problems and water chemistry questions that you may have in relation to your Hot Tub.
